MO2 says this mod is <= Form 43, and the .bsl and .esp were both last modified in 2016. I really don't recommend trusting this mod, I doubt it was correctly converted. Thanks for trying regardless
Why? - It was not ported correctly and has horrific errors - It requires another mod that is insanely OP and completely unrelated to this mod - Hitboxes dont work on like 60% of the planters, completely making them unusable - The way you have to place the planters is a pain in itself - Doesn't place anywhere near you sometimes Alternatives? - Ultimate Hearthfire Gardens for Vanilla Homes
This mod adds ceramics as a resource and requirement for a number of the planters, but only allows you to get ceramics from breaking down pottery. This should of allowed you to make ceramics by smelting clay (I mean that's where ceramics come from to begin with...), ceramics isn't a rare resource...
So I want to use this mod, but it won't open in the Creation Kit, which means I can't update it to form 44 instead of form 43. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Does anyone else have issues putting the soil into the planters? What am I doing wrong? I've spent hours trying to figure out how to get the soil into the planters and I can't place into any of them. The soil placement is so large. Could there be a conflicting mod?
Hello, i found or its buggy on low growing plants...like cabbage, squash, onion....what i mean is they are half under the soil and u cannot pick them up only clear the soil, which then is usless...
There's no option for a single soil pile to place anywhere, the Oldrim mod description says there is one that can be made with 1 clay, but it doesn't seem to exist in this version, just planters and that's all.
EDIT: OKAY NO. Hardcore pass on this mod. After converting it to form 44 there were so many issues! With strings not properly ported, Wrye bash errors, [item name] boxes showing up when trying to craft planters instead of the actual planter names, I am staggered that this is being called an actual port for the original mod. Everything was broken for me and after attempting to run it and getting multiple notification errors and such after hours of gameplay, I am uninstalling it mid-game. Avoid if possible and rather grab a mod that adds the planters manually to the exterior of the vanilla homes. This is not worth it at all imo. I'm just going to grab myself Ultimate Hearthfire Gardens for Vanilla Homes (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16933) and call it a day lol
