      Yes. Let it be known that it is LONG and thus it is also a SWORD.
      I think you can change it pretty easily with xEdit if it bothers you

      I was just asking out of curiosity. It doesn't bother me, it was just a bit harder to find it on the Forge menu. xD

   Excellent mod! Both blades look great! However, I can't improve the blue one at the grindstone, only the black one. I tried removing the mod entirely, re-downloading it, and re-installing it, but with no difference.
   
   Is this something simple I can change through SSEEdit, keeping in mind I have very little modding knowledge?

      What You need to do is basically add a recipe for upgrading this version of the sword, it seems that I have missed making an upgrading recipe for the blue version. I will upload a fix.
