This looks really awesome, but every single guard having a flag seems a bit much. I would have gone with only Officers or Messengers having one. You know, to denote leadership or something.
game changer. give it an hour or two. really adds to the atmosphere. can't believe only 400 people have downloaded this. these banners need physics and a retexture to fit with cloaks but easier said than done im sure
This is cool, would be nice an optional version for like only a small percentage of NPC could wield it (like 5% or 10%), for realism and/or immersion :)
Also, is it possible to get a version where it's more rare for guards to have them? I like the banners, but I'd like to imagine them more sparsely handed out, as if it's sign of rank or authority.
