Cathedral and Obsidian weathers have a custom sky nif for heavy storm weather, which contains an emmisive that responds to ENB [fire] adjustments. This can cause the sky to glow incredibly intensely depending on the ENB preset used. This patch replaces the file with one that has a disabled emmisive.

Use only if you use ENB and Cathedral or Obsidian Weathers, and the sky looks bright or weird during heavy storms.
