This is exactly what I need for my vanilla remastered visual modlist, however I was wondering if it's possible to have five candles on each side of the table like in vanilla? I prefer that look but I can't stand the sight of the vanilla models

Have no idea why but its not working for me. Vortex is asking me to overwrite Ruins Clutter Improved, Medieval Silverworks and Rudy Misc. In every case I chose yes but still no change, only ugly ass old candles.

    Update
Ok, I manually copied all the files and it works. Looks very nice, big difference.

Is this compatible with ENB particle lights?

Thank you! This has been bothering me, too. It's a great improvement (and also looks less "evul").

I'm sorry to inform you, but contrary to what another user reported below, Smoking Torches and Candles (STAC) is currently NOT compatible with this mod. My guess is, that the user had ELFX installed which - to my knowledge - manually places a smoking effect with it's lightbulbs, while STAC edits meshes to achieve one.

STAC has open permission to include a compatible version, if the author might be inclined to make a patch.

If I am using Inferno, ENB Light and Silverware would I give them asset overwrite over this mod? silverware seems to include rudy's candles already and inferno/enb light modify candle flames.

      Hi ,

I'm using Inferno and ENB light, they're below my mod in my MO2 left panel. No conflicts at all
About Rustic Silverware (+ Rudy's) the only conflict is textures, so i've placed my mod below silverwares.

This is the deal: as long as you don't modify the candleflame mesh there will be no conflicts.
However, a mesh with 8 candle flames will have performance issues if ENB particle lights are enabled at max range.
This is mitigated quite a bit by my optimized base candle flame, however in my new rev I replace these with flame meshes set up to NOT emit particle light and add only a single particle light (compared to say 4 for candelabra), so that's further optimization. In your case, taking the station with 8 flames in a line at the rear I'd replace the 8 flames with non-emitting ones (they look the same) and add 2 particle lights (one for each side). That would gain a few fps, esp. when you're close to the station.
Right now I don't have time to do this but maybe at some other point in the future.

If you're using my mod and have set particle lights settings for max light radius then when you have several candle lights close together there's a fps drop. I'm trying to explain that while your mod should have no ENB particle light compatibility problems as is, there is some performance to be gained. When I have time I'll test it and let you know.

Oh ok , didn't see (know) that you're the author of ENB light, sorry.
I didn't notice any fps drops with candles. but yeah, if you see something weird, or can make it more fps friendly (in case it's not) feel free.
      Just let me know

      Sorry (again)

With an ENB with max particle lights using ENB light, I drop from 80 fps down to 30 fps walking up to this table with these candles. I recommend making the changes that 4109 suggests :)

I use the enchanting tables a lot more often thanks to mods that make having a high enchanting level beneficial, so I want to say thank you for this. It always bothered me that the candles were spread out around the table in a fire hazard-pattern, and it was really unrealistic for me. I just downloaded the LE port for this but kudos to you for creating the mod!

As I'm at these station often, this is a much needed addition to the game.
