Why does the ESP file have three times as many downloads as the ESPFE, even though they released at the same time. Isn't ESPFE better since it doesn't contribute to the 255 ESP limit?
This is great! Anyone ever noticed if a mod exists which does the opposite (i.e., replaces Stormcloak banners with Imperial banners in the Palace of Kings)?
For the mod description, you can install this whenever you want. This mod only update the banners when the solitude hold changes ownership to stormcloaks. That means, it only changes the banners when the stormcloaks win the civil war
