I saw that your new mod ELFX Shadows already includes everything in this mod, but the outside mesh of the Hall of the Dead, would it be possible to include that mesh in your other mod as well? Then this mod would no longer be needed for people using ELFX Shadows
+1 Yeah, I noticed that as well. But either way and whatever happens, I am just glad this mod exists! :o Whew! Those windows always bugged me... Ya can't forget these little windows~ "Don't forget the little guys~!" Lol! xD
I must have come across 6 of your mods over the last few days (while digging through nexus) and each time I get a little sense of magic and joy out of them.
It has to do with the wall the windows are in, and the grates holding those windows.
You chose to install an ELFX patch. Embers will then overwrite ELFX, which competes the same mesh as this Hall of the dead mod. All quite simple actually

Added a missing Bit9 flag on the BSX Flags nif.
