   Can you recruit all of them? or just one of the four?

      All can be recruited, but if you want them all simultaneously as followers you'll need a mod that increases the follower limit to 4 or more, like AFT or EFF.

   Do the mods for the eyes used in the screenshots work in Skyrim Special Edition? Or any of those mods? This looks great, thank you.

      I've not tested those mods in SE. The screenshots and recommended mods are from my original mod description in old Skyrim.

   Is it possible to make them non-essential. I like playing with the risk of my followers dieing.

      You can use the console (usually the tilde "~" key).
      
      Hit tilde to enter the console:
      
      1) Find the baseID of the NPC using 'help'. Example: help "Shargol"
      
      2) Type "setessential <baseID> 0".
      
      Hit tilde again to exit the console.
      
      Do that for each of the Orc NPCs.
