Overview:
Civil War Refugees is an immersion mod that adds people affected by the ongoing conflict in Skyrim outside cities.
Features:
Redesigned Camps - Camps have been reworked to help with the flow of NPCs
Stolen Goods Merchants - In some of the camps, you can find Thieves Guild's "representatives."
Face Variation - The number of faces for refugees to pull from has been increased
NPCs Sandbox - NPCs no longer have static patrols; they will sandbox around

Install:
-Use the nexus mod manager/vortex or unpack the file and place the esp and any other files in your Skyrim data folder.
