Now that I've tried all Proudspire mods, I found it the last one on my list. And I think I will keep him in the game because this mod is really something else. By the way, it is not broken, it is rather the idea that is a bit confusing at first. If you enter Proudspire, you will initially only find a slightly modified player home. The actual piece of cream is hidden behind the Alissa Wing door. There are actually two Proudspires for the price of one. Not everyone has to like that, I think it's original. Thanks for the great work.
PS. For users of the old NMM (like me) it is advisable to unpack the mod and throw it into a data folder. Then pack again and off you go.
Beautiful! I love it, especially the suite "view" and the courtyard. And I think that's a toilet in the suite? Awesome, and it fits in with the aesthetic of Skyrim decor. Thanks for a great mod
Character gets stuck in the indoor pool steps. And would be nice if you could directly enter Allesia's wing, maybe replace in the the three existing doors from the city?
Caveat: In case anyone is wondering, this mod is BADLY incompatible with GoatK's Proudspire Manor TNF. Do not try to use them together. It won't work.
Personal preference issue: It's a bit immersion-breaking to go inside the house and find an entire three-story north wing that isn't there on the outside. It's like Proudspire Manor is a TARDIS - it's bigger on the inside than on the outside. And that just doesn't work for me in Skyrim.
May I ask why Ustengrav was altered and the Mysterious Note moved by this mod? I went to do The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest and the dungeon room didn't exist. The end of the tunnel was there, the room on the very far side was there, as was the tunnel to leave the Ustengrav Depths. But the actual dungeon room, other than water and a couple of dead Draugr, was literally gone.
Sorry you're having issues with this mod. It's really bizarre - over 17,000 downloads across various versions/platforms, and it's only since converting to the Special Edition I've had *just a couple* of reports of this issue.
I ran it through TES5Edit, and didn't spot anything obvious that would be causing the issue, but I have uploaded the 'clean' version in case it does help.
If it doesn't, then it's either a dirty save (disappearing doors and walls is a common savegame issue) or a conflict with another mod.
OK, I THINK I know what's causing it now and have uploaded a new fixed version.
If you download the new version, you can use the console window from within the game (by pressing ` or ~ to open it) and type one of the following commands:

bat fixpsm
(This puts everything back where it should be)
or

C65AC.MoveTo C65AD 0 0 0
C65AC.SetAngle Z 341.3791
(These are the commands from within the batch file)
or
Player.AddItem 3031F 1
SetStage MQ105Ustengrav 20
(This just gives you the missing item and advances the quest.)
