So this patch conflicts with the High Poly NPCs patch for 3DNPCs.  You can either have your adjusted health values, correct application of High Poly settings, or you have to create your own patch.

Is there a list of which NPCs die immediately without this patch?

Hah, ran into that exact chap in Riften. Was wondering which mod interactions were causing it. Thanks for the patch.

I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of how to apply this fix to Skyrim Legendary Edition?
EDIT: Well I uninstalled Interesting NPCs and started a new game but still can't get this to work. Not sure why it just stopped working. I tried the setnpcrace command fix to no avail.

So it might be jumping the gun a bit, but I just came across a couple of dark elf mages with 0 hit points who died in one flames shot. I would have to imagine this is a lack of resolution from the patch; any idea what's going on?
