If you're having constant CTDs in Halldir's Cairn, this could be useful. No plugin, only FaceGen files.

Although there's no plugin, it still "requires" USSEP -- just because, as far as I know, the CTD only happens if you do have USSEP.
My problem was a conflict between USSEP and "Kireina Skyrim SE - Human and Elf Facegen Overhaul" (which I no longer use, but I'm told it has been updated to fix the error); thanks to 333Aleksey for finding it out.
It could also fix conflicts between USSEP and other mods adding new facegen for the ghosts, just give it a try if you have that kind of problem and see what happens.
