Heh... Tullius is a punk. He's old, has one eye and after you smoke him like a cheap cigar you find out he was a toaster all along... erm....

Good idea though for balancing and game flow. I know IRL generals are fairly soft due to getting stuck behind desks, but still it was kind of sad to find that his legate was ten times tougher than he was. I do so love smacking her down mid sentence though. Something just amazingly satisfying about it. Like popping 20 peanut butter M&Ms in your mouth at once.
Today's generals are mostly stuck behind desks, some are putting in some extra baggage around their waist. But in the old days before gun powders are invented, they are to be feared, they are skilled warriors, excellent tacticians and they actually lead their soldiers in the battle in the front lines, while today's generals are sitting somewhere far, safe and comfy away from the battles they are fighting. So in some ways, this mod kinda adds immersion.
This is really cool, actually it makes sense that Tullius should be one of the strongest warrior in Skyrim as General of the Fourth Legion. Is this mod compatible also with the Original Skyrim (old version) ?
Creator appears to be banned so i downloaded and tested on the old skyrim , and yes it appears so as the NPCs use the same data entry/modification menus in the creation kit as they did on the old skrim.
Also i agree , i like this mod because in oblivion high ranking/experienced NPCs actually felt tough to kill and in skyrim faction leaders seemed pushovers for the experience they had. And tullius being regarded highly by the people of skyrim and fellow imperials, elisif etc, this mod makes it feel like he's " Skyrim's best hope "
Ulfric and galmar only made it to mid-officer ranks like captain when they were imperials i believe, not sure, so it makes sense they wouldn't be as tough in combat as Tullius, Ulfrics more of the stab you with your back turned kind due to how he used the voice on toryyg.
Lets hope the creator gets unbanned one day so he can update this mod

I've made it a requirement with USSEP as it probably fixes the old tullius quest bugs and such, so i figured i wouldn't want to make this without having the patch in case it reverted any glitches with the general's questline
Would a version without the dependency be possible , please?

I mean that by realism, some low level shouldn't match up to a general like that unless they've trained for a great deal of time on their combat skills. Tullius has been fighting for the empire his entire life.
Also i forgot to change his health offset so that will have to be done manually, i've detailed it in the desc
