Makes general tullius a worthy fight, because a general shouldn't be a pushover.
No weakling low-level should find it easy to take down this long-time experienced general.

Makes general tullius a worthy fight.
No weakling low-level should find it easy to take down this long-time experienced general.
What it does: Makes his level 120 like Amgeir.
Gives him a restoration healing power.
Gives him some perks to give him quicker reflexes, battle malice ( skilled in battle/against multiple strong opponents ). And stronger attacks.
His primary skills are maxed to 100 due to his level being 120.
Tullius is pretty much on Par with the Ebony Warrior now, just without any magical powers apart from the healing spell
