I've chosen your mod to overwrite all pickaxes that it can. But, some pickaxe files don't have a option to select your mod. When I compare files, all the pickaxe files not included in your mod default to Realistic HD Mod's Remastered.
If I delete Realistic HD Mod's Remastered and Forgotten Retex Project then everything is fine. Something doesn't make sense to me.... If I remove those two mods then your mod is shown when mining. If I install those two mods then your mod does not appear in mining although it wins the overwrites. Something's fucky. Any ideas how to fix?
I think the mining animation uses the animobjectpickaxe.nif. Would copying the nif into the animobjects folder and renaming it 'animobjectpickaxe.nif' work for the mining animation? Fingers crossed that it's that simple??? :)
EDIT: Nevermind. Not that easy. Ended up with a invisible pickaxe during the mining animation lol
oops one thing you can do: check my mesh settings and replicate on that other one you want to replicate whats under "lightingshaderproperty" and the texture paths below
Sadly, I'm having this same problem. Looks great in the inventory menu but it uses the vanilla pickaxe for the animation. But I don't have any conflicts for it so I'm not sure what's going wrong :-(
Hey guys.. I was thinking the same thing. I wanna see this GD pickaxe!! I spent like half a day mining and was so bummed i couldn't floss... beebophuckleberry is correct. the animobjectpickaxe.nif is the one that needs to be changed.
