The Dark Brotherhood's psycho jester, Cicero, always reminded me a bit of The Joker. This mod tweaks his appearance slightly to better resemble Batman's most infamous enemy, a character with whom he shares many parallels.
Specifically, the following alterations have been made to Cicero:

Known Issues:
None so far, although his hair did clip a little the first time I loaded it. Stopped doing it after that.
Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with 99% of the mods out there. The obvious exception would be any other mods that also change Cicero's appearance.

Specifically, the following alterations have been made to Cicero:
- Chin has been lengthened and squared a bit
- Jaw has been made thinner
- Cheekbones have been made thinner
- Eyebrows changed to "BrowsMaleHumanoid11", giving them a more arched appearance
- Nose has been shortened a little to make the mouth less pouty
- Eye distance has been shortened to center the face more
- Black eye shadow has been added on the lower eye socket tint
- Hairstyle has been changed to "HairMailNord11", instead of the shoulder-length hair he had before.
