Adds the Silk Touch enchantment.
comes in two flavors:
basic - can steal equipped items, and lockpicks become unbreakable
light - can steal equipped items
The gloves can be found in The Ragged Flagon inside a bucket

Installation:
use your favorite mod manager or
move the file, "<filename>" to your "..\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\." folder
activate/deactivate the esl in your launcher to enable or disable the mod respectively
load order should not matter
