Sorry for any necromancy here, but could you make a Great City of Solitude patch for Convenient Bridges? After some research I've found that a conflict between these two are the reason why there's this ugly fusion at the bridge between the docks and Morthal area. After digging around a bit I conclude there are no existing patches for this quite yet either.

Just a brief heads up for Lanterns of Skyrim II (LoSII) users:
The optional file "Convenient Bridges - Useless Bridges Remover" here will still make lanterns appear in the area where LoSII expects bridges (but now aren't anymore). So I'd recommend not to use both of these together.
