Hey, thought I'd add that if you are using UNP or anything of the sort (But not CBBE) Starlight get's a uh... more mature body. I am not comfortable with this and I'm not sure if there is a fix. I do need to know however if it is safe to uninstall the mod from my game mid playthrough. I have not adopted her in my current save.
I'm having a bit of an issue with adopting her. I live in Clockwork Castle, and in a previous playthrough I was able to adopt her just fine, but this time she just hangs around the docks saying she's going to get her things and meet me at home. Even when I move her to me with console commands, she immediately leaves the room to return to the docks.
Did you ever find a fix for this? I have the same issue, but with Dragonstead Manor, maybe it's a modded homestead thing? But what's strange is it's just this mod and the Khajit child mod as well. The Mer children mod works just fine and I can have the Mer children come to my modded house with no problem.
Just a heads up. Don't use this mod alongside the "Argonian Fins - Replacer version" mod. You'll get a black face bug otherwise. Took me forever to figure out which one was causing the problem.
Not sure if you've heard of them yet since it's been months, but just wanted to point out you can get Realistic Elven Children (or Aymar and friends if you prefer the regular RS children look) on SE now, those mods have orcs and elves
She's adorable, but I can't adopt her despite all my tries You see, among all the mods, I have Multiple Adoption and Dragons Keep (Multiple Adoption only allows 6 adoptions, and there are more sad kids in Skyrim than 6). I already adopted Sofie and Lucia, but for her, I only have the dialogue option for Dragons Keep, no adoption option. Is it an issue with that mod or Chases-Starlight ?
Best guess: you added Multiple Adoptions mid-playthrough. It's a known issue in the fine print of that mod's description page. Basically the mod only functions to add 4 extra children (Hearthfire base is 2) if the mod runs from the BEGINNING of your game. If it is installed midway, it will revert to base every time. I ran into this myself several months ago.
i just wanted to let it be known incase anyone else has the issue. When i add her into the game i can find her and it gives me the dialogue only to adopt her which is fine i havnt tried yet. My issue is the texture to her face basically disappear and turns black. shes in the right load order i use LOOT to make sure. Im not sure what could cause this issue and i didnt see any comments on it on the orig mod.
