Hello everyone, if you are having issues with the converted mod (and already checked the main page for solutions), try checking the comments in the old mod here. Might take some searching but they are useful for troubleshooting: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26671?tab=posts
I am not the creator just another mod user but I will also try to help however I can.
So I started a new game and there's a new "argonian" race below the second one, and since it shows a much smaller male body with a glitched neckline I know it's from this mod. I even deactivated to see if it'd still be there and it wasn't. is there any way to remove this from the character creation screen? It's a minor issue but I find it irritating. Update: I've used TES5 editor to remove the playable flag from the argonian hatchling race, my problem is solved and while it wasn't a huge deal I would ask that it's change in the mod itself.
You can watch a short tutorial on YouTube on how to use SSEEdit. It's not that complicated. Basically download SSEEdit, run it through your mod manager, there's going to be a list of all your mods selected, right click, press select none and then select the My_Little_Hatchling.esp, then open the Race section, then right click and remove the "Playable" flag like this: https://imgur.com/a/DAcmKRB then exit and save changes when asked.
Skyrim is Skyrim-ing again -_- I removed this mod for a min mod playthrough, and to try and figure out why I'm crashing a few hours into each playthrough, and even with this mod removed its in my crash log as the issue. Any ideas where it might have left files? I used MO2...
Is there supposed to be dialogue? I don't get any dialogue with the kid and I'm having the same issue with other children mods (except RSCO). Any idea what could be causing this? I'm testing on a new game, so no adopted children so far. Purchasing a children's room for my house does not fix it.
Can this npc die?? When I downloaded the mod, I went to Dawnstar and two dragons were attacking. After I killed one, the other left, and I saw some dead npcs but not this one. During the fight, I saw the argonian but when it was over, I looked all over Dawnstar and cannot find him. I don't know where he disappeared to. I checked the inn and I tried reinstalling
Just a few things, why can't I give him gifts? He deserves it. Also I've noticed that when trying to make a new male Argonian character with this mod they are short and small just like him with a missing neck seam. It doesn't bother me too much since I probably won't use the male or might play as one that small, but is there a way to fix this?
Just an update. I'm trying to make another character. A female argonian. So I don't have the issue of being as short as him. But I did run into another issue, and that is that I am stuck with his eyes. I can't change from his eyes at all. The slider is not moving at all and seems to be an issue.
I'm pretty sure some mod is doing it, but I can't tell, all I know is that whenever I adopt him, he just walks into the Inn in Dawnstar and just stands there. He never moves in, his dialogue doesnt change from him saying he needs to pack his things and move in.
Any idea what could be causing it? I have nearly 200 mods and have already removed mods that have caused similar issues in the past, but it will be a painstaking process trying to figure this out, unless there's a known solution.
For future reference, under the "files" section, just click the "preview file contents" button, and you'll see any and all files included in the package. Not a single one relates to sound in any way, and they're all loose files so there's no BSAs to unpack that may contain sound files.

The proportions are off the charts here
