   So when I loaded the main file, my game would have this odd fading of the stars in the perk trees and have really bad pixilation and artifacting going on. But when I switched over to the esl flagged version, I didn't have any of that. I'm pretty sure I'm no where near the cap because my load out is very minimalistic, but I'm not sure what would be causing a conflict like that because the only mod I have that really changes the perks is Vokrii.

      Well, that is certainly odd...
      Do you have any perk tree texture replacers?
      
      Glad the esl-flagged version works, but I'd definitely like to know what went wrong.

   Shouldn't Greatswords have 15%/20% as Vokrii gives 2-handers the advantage?

      You are 100% correct--my intention was to give the same bonus to critical chance/damage as I was removing from damage debuff.
