While I personally side with the Empire I think this not only makes Galmar look more serious but also makes a great reward for doing the civil war on the empire side and eventually obtaining the armor.
Meaning you cannot use this mod without downloading his first. I will still be PMing maty743 to ask for his permission.
If he says no this mod will be removed without hesitation but it looks like I am safe with what he said for permissions on his mod page.
He gave full perms to me :)

- Note: Every single piece of armor is in Galmars inventory so you will get the full set if you kill him.
- The full set is still craft-able with the base mod I didn't touch anything other than giving Galmar a truly badass armor set.

Compatability:
This mod is compatible with Royal Armory and the Stormlord Armor(The stormlord armor is not required for this mod) Royal armory adds his war hammer via script.
Anything possibly editing Galmars outfit or inventory may not be compatible.
