Hi, I can't find your book! Or am I installing the mod incorrectly? Can you take a picture of the location of the book please and also how to install the mod? like that I could check thank you. The book and well in the monstere not at the top? Thank you for answering because I've been on it for 3 days...
I don't have a picture at the moment but there should be a section in High Hrothgar where there are three tables with books on them relatively near each other, there are chairs in between too. The book has a black cover just like the Book of The Dragonborn and it's called Greybeard Meditation.
It's actually called "Teachings of Jurgen Windcaller". It took me a while to find it too. It's sitting on a pile with some other books so it doesn't stand out. If this mod gets updated it might be a good idea to place the book in a more obvious spot or at least make it stand out more for convenience.
Just passing by to say: Awesome mod! Simple and to the point :) I also recomend using Immersive Spell Learning - which makes your character take a number of in-game hours to read spell tomes - to create a nice immersive experience of actually reading and reflecting on the Teachings? :)
By the way, if anyone wants to change the duration of the buff, it should be easy enough to do on SSEEdit: Here's a screenshot (haven't tested it in-game yet but it should work) - Note that the number is in real-time seconds
Normal bonus is 10% (for both cooldown and damage) and lasts 12 minutes, when you’re in High Hrothgar it’s 15% for 24 min, and at the Throat of The World it’s 30% for 24 min. The effects don’t stack or replace each other. You can see all of that in the active effects menu.
Great, thanks! In my current run, I haven't gotten to High Hrothgar yet, so I haven't gotten the spell yet. Looking forward to this meditation feature.
I just jump down using Become Ethereal, or the Drop Zone spell from Apocalypse. The bonus from HH lasts 20 min IIRC and I never felt like it was running out quickly. It's an easy change though if you'd rather have it last longer, just tweak the buff spell duration.
