Did some digging around in SSEEdit, and this mod just adds a scimitar named 'Anubis' (a supernatural sword from the anime JoJo's Bizzare Adventure, for the uninitiated) with the Ebony Blade enchantment.
I'd like to know what this mod does. Is it a regular weapon? A bound weapon? Onehanded? Where do you find it? If I knew this stuff, then I'd download the mod, as I'm a big fan of JJBA and I'm always excited to add more mods to my game in my quest to warp Skyrim beyond recognition. You should update the description.
as i have hundreds of mods i'm not certain this is the sword but since it's the only one that showed up i'll assume it is. It's a scimitar with: damage 33 weight 10 value 319 and the enchantment "Victim does not treat an attack with this weapon as assault"
