Is there a way to quickly locate a specific NPC with this mod? I am trying to summon Hadvar to me but am not finding him in the many pages of the NPCs that the mod is tracking. It is a bit daunting to click through each page, searching for him.
Anyone looking for sub for AE, look into this. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/45689?tab=files its a bit weird at first, THERES NO MCM, it basically adds an extension to the "help" function in console command. look at pictures on modpage for better understanding. I think I'm the newest version ae or highest updated not entirely sure but it works for me and I'm def AE just not sure which.
long story short: you would type "ss npc lydia" in console commands and it comes up with the ref, form, editor ids. so you can use the ref id to "prid" and the "moveto player" apparently works with quests(id)by searching name or keyword, quest stages(gives the quest name and all stages), cell location(gives the coc name) for coc command. be specific with these because it will pull up everything related and you may not be able to scroll all the way up use "pg up"
example: I want to go to castle volkihar: "ss cell volkihar" pulls up every cell in the castle "dlc1vampirecastleguildhall" or whatever it actually is
I want to find lydia: "ss npc lydia" gives me a chart with all her ids including ref(used to teleport to you" but also anyone else named lydia will show up and you can space so: "ss npc aela the huntress" also works
I want to see blood on the ice: "ss quest blood on the ice" (must space dont type as one word)
I really wanna f*#@ with blood on the ice: "ss queststage blood on the ice" and its shows ms 11 (15 - 100) with descriptions of what happens at each stage. pretty sure blood starts at 1 or 10 so not sure how reliable stages is
and then a command to search raw, something about query, not sure so i don't f*#@ with it.
as long as you can spell what you're looking for this should work, it doesn't spawn them or teleport you to them but it will at least allow you to get the id without searching the internet or having to find them and write it down or some shit.
FAIR WARNING: Just downloaded this today so cant say how stable it is long term but seems to be working fine for ya boi, used it right off rip and it functions. had my game up for around 30 minutes still aint crashed so doubt it will but anythings pissible could have mod conflict or issues with a cell but seems like a working alternitve so far. ONCE AGAIN NO MCM ITS THROUGH CONSOLE COMMAND SEARCHING

Can someone please port this mod to AE and latest SKSE? This is absolutely essential for someone like me who likes to take screenshots of NPCs/followers in various locations without having to add them as followers or type out long strings of crap. If anyone knows a good alternative (that is a simple UI like this one) let me know.
If someone is still looking up, I've found a working replacer (well, not a direct replacer, bur serves the same function) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/45689?tab=description Allows search for name, returns BaseID and and RefID. Command "Prid <<RefID>>", hit [[Enter]], "Moveto player" Or"Player.moveto <<RefID>>"
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/43097?tab=description Guys try this mod out I didn't get to try out AreYouThere SE because it gets my game crash all the time so I gave NPC Lookup a try instead, and that mod actually lets me use it instead of crashing. For people like me who uses a lot of follower mods because eye candies and such, it sure is helpful.
No offense, this mod is absolutely broken under skese64 build 2.0.20, the dll plugin is causing the problem. Tested with new save, and all other mods work fine.
No it isn't. I use this mod & SKSE runtime 2.0.20 without issues. Again, this is an issue on your end somewhere so stop spreading misinformation regarding compatibility issues between this mod & SKSE runtime 2.0.20. Runs just fine on my end with zero issues.
The NPC Lookup mod you pointed to, EurobeatTheMeat, doesn't work in Anniversary Edition, either, so it's not the replacement for Are You There that we're all looking for.
Use the Downgrade Patcher to downgrade the game version to 1.5.97. The AE "update" isn't worth all the hassle anyway. .NET Script Framework will never be updated for AE & it's a must-have for me since I use the Custom Skills Framework which is required for several mods I have installed. These include Custom Skills - Pugilist, Custom Skills - Unarmored Defense, & Custom Skills - Vigilant of Stendarr. Once GLENMORIL is finished, I plan to add its Custom Skills add-on too. None of these will work on AE & likely never will since meh321 has clearly stated no AE update for .NET Script Framework is coming due to the fact that such an update will require a total rewrite of its code which is too much work...
If, I may FF. U/se also use this mod. I ran DoIt, and it doesn't find any modded or and npc doesn't showup. It shows 0/0 and that is not possible. I think the ddl needs to be updated. I cans share a screen capture pic for you.
