If you've amassed enough magicka/health/stamina and perk points just swap the cheat XP plugin with the normalXP one. You keep all improvements you made, all rings you crafted and enchanted. Just their monetary value drops froms 1.000.000 to 100 unenchanted. So i recommed selling the surplus rings before you switch them or switching back before you sell them. The "Enchanted Stuff" contains some vanilla stuff like a carryall ring, resist ring (resist disease separated for those who want to get lycantrophy or vampirism) an such. Most important: The fortify armor rate rings made after an idea of Chuckg. I really like that mod, but the plugin is still form 43 (Oldrim) and has some other drawbacks like having that enchantment on blue and black unenchanted robes - so here is a remake of the effect.
Safe Landing (slowfall effect) uses a stronger variation of the Cushioned Perk. You still can take (lethal) damage from falling, but you have to toss your fresh character from high mountains. Normal fortress towers or castle roofs are no problem.
Last but not least the fortify enchanting enhantment. You can use the disenchantable ring to start an veritable enchantment loop. Just don't go to far that way, the game mechanics are sometimes somwhat sensible in Skyrim (like it was in Morrowind before).

I don't look at my mods every day (or month, depending on RL).

And you don't get enchantable rings by using console commands - at least not 20 wearable at once.
