I love this mod and it's been in my load order for a while now. I try and add as many traders and trading posts into my build as I can because trading is a huge core of my gameplay. This mod adds a lovely little Morrowind style trading post east of Windhelm. I love a little flavor of Morrowind inside Skyrim. And if you're wondering if it's location will conflict with other mods, it's unlikely. I'm currently working on a huge build with tons of mod added cities, overhauls, expansions, etc. None have interferred with this mod. Speaking of interfering, this mod does have a conflict with WACCF. For whatever the reason I also got the CTD when trying to trade that others have commented about. I did narrow it down to just these two mods. Morrowind Border Trading Shack alone doesn't have the CTD. With only this mod and WACCF I was able to reproduce the crash. I pulled the mods up in xedit and didn't see any major issues, so I have no idea how to fix the conflict or what's causing it. It's beyond my expertise at the moment. In the end, I eventually ditched WACCF due to the many difficult to track and fix CTD's, bugs, and conflicts with other mods. Now Morrowind Border Trading Shack works smoothly with no issues and will permanently be in my load order. Thank you for a cool mod.
CTD when I try to trade. Disabling Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes and Armor and Clothing Extension does the trick for me. Disabling only Armor and Clothing Extension which requires WACCF doesn't help, so I guess it was WACCF. WACCF makes changes to lots of stuff and I don't know how to mod so I can't figure out what exactly is causing conflict. Anyway this trading post looks really nice I'll keep it! Just looking not buying this time ;)
me too. i'm more or less certain waccf is the cause here, because this mod has worked okay for me before i placed waccf into my list (in a new game start, before anyone asks).
That's not good! :( I've never encountered this error myself, as it's always been working fine for me, so I'm not entirely sure what's causing the CTD, or what the solution would be, I'm so sorry :( I hope it has nothing to do with the custom drinks I made that he sells, as those are pretty much just duplicated meads from the default game with the values slightly changed.
If anyone else here reading this encounters the same problem, and knows of a solution, please let me know and I'll do what I can.
I wish I knew what was causing the CTD for you both so I could fix it, but it's working fine for me on my end, so I have no idea what I need to do to fix it or even recreate the issue on my end. :( Are either of you using any merchant mods that increase the max amount of money a merchant has? I've heard that can cause issues if it gets too high. That's the only thing I can think of that might cause something like this.

I also get CTD every time I try to trade with him, but I've got no mod installed, that raises the trader gold. Just a bunch of mods that add stuff to the leveled list, could that cause a problem?
Its definetely not the drinks causing the CTD as i have this issue but when i tcl and open the merchants inventory it doesnt crash. it isnt something in the leveled lists or the drinks added. it is because of something to do with the merchant 100% possibly interacting with another mod. if everyone posted their load order we might be able to compare and find the culprit.
Thank you so much! Unfortunately, by default, Tanahel is not up for marriage, but I'm sure that if players are using other extended marriage mods, that could change easily for them. He is marked as an Ally to the player though, so he'll always be friendly at the very least. :)
