Hi. Love this mod. Tested it all around and it's 99% working. The only part is Jolene has a purple face. Face discoloration fix does not fix it and adding other replacer for her messes her up further. The mod has no conflicts. Would you know of a solution please?
Been getting this too. Starting to wonder if it's BnP skin or Racial Skin Variance messing with her. Seems to be the only one with this problem so far.
Edit: So fiddled with RSV and got her fixed, probably not the proper way to do it, but ehh, it worked for me. Open RSV's "RSV_DISTR.ini" file and add: Keyword = RSVignore|Jolene had to Disable and enable her again with console commands once back in game, but the girl is normal once again afterwards.
Installed Creation Kit to patch with Vanilla Hair Remake (NOT Vanilla Hair Replacer, stating because I confused the two for a bit lol) but it's not working so my question is: Will it totally bork my game to have the two installed together (custom hair version)? Honestly, I could probably live without Vanilla Hair Remake but I wanted to ask anyway lol
It *should* be fine actually. I commented it a few threads down, but as a general rule of thumb if the hair mod does not have a plugin it doesn't need a patch unless you want the NPCs to use the new hairs.
Hi cuyima. Any plans of updating this for more npc's or are you happy with how your mod is? I used to use Modpocalypse NPCs - Interesting NPCs but I've stopped using their mods now since there's newer updated alternatives. Checked out Hott Interesting NPCs but noticed there's some bug reports and issues in the comment section that haven't been addressed yet so I was staying away from that mod so far
Even in the custom hair version several male characters remain with vanilla hair, such as Vaughn, Gorr and others. This is due to the lack of fitting hair styles for these characters at the time I made them. You will end up being fine for like 90 percent of the NPCs using the custom hair version, but a small amount will be broken if VHR touches that specific hairstyle.
Pick your poison from any of these I guess. Pandorable's and Tragedian's mods all use your installed skin mod/vanilla, so at least in that department they should be cohesive with mine. https://imgur.com/a/B0q060D
After so long using vanilla 3DNPCs and the recent Vanilla Hair SMP big updates, I've decided to use the vanilla hair option in this mod. And it is great, thank you!
does anyone know what mesh and texture file is Skjarn his face is missing but hair and teeth are still left haha, ive checked the files trying to figure it out myself, when somone have time pls help a bro out <3
I found a place where I thought there was a mistake in specifying the texture, so I would like to report it. Texture Set of cuyArilwaenEyeLashesHP is set to cuyAnjaEyeTex. It seems correct to specify cuyArilwaenEyeTex. If this is the intended setting, please ignore it.
Only one suggestion! Viranya states in her conversations that she keeps her hair short for practicality. This overhaul gives Viranya very long hair that she putts up. I feel like the conversations and her character lean more toward her having a short hair cut like the original look, not just putting it up. Only suggestion I had and its cause she's one of my favorite additions, great mod!
Yeah her hair is only really "short" when compared to the average of the other characters. Should I ever revisit this mod I should correct it. Glad you still enjoy the mod though.

Learn to use EasyNPC. You will save us both a headache.

I tried this and didn't work, tried recycleactor, disabling/enabling
Edit: The custom hair version works fine with vanilla hair remake. At least for me.
