As of the Fourth Era, the Red Dragon Crown is the most prized possession of the Empire, second only to the renowned Amulet of Kings. Though the amulet was shattered during the Oblivion Crisis of the Third Era, it still serves as a prominent symbol of the Empire, appearing on banners and emblems throughout the imperial provinces.
The Red Dragon Crown can be obtained during the Dark Brotherhood questline - it is found inside the Emperor's Quarters of The Katariah.
