See a lot of people are having problems with black face bug. All I did was load up the mod .esp in creation kit and the marked all the actors that are of vampire race. Then I just hit ctrl F4 and export FaceGen. You must of course do this for every character that is of BretonRaceVampire, NordRaceVampire and so on. Just sort the actors by race, and then mark all of them as they appear when you are scrolling down. Fastest way is by highligthing them all by "blocks" (sorry for my english, have to make up what sounds right as I go :) and then when all for example "NordRaceVampire" are highligthed by you, you just hit ctrl+F4 and you will fix the dreaded and annoying Black Face Bug.

Of course, you also need to have this after every other mod that alters vampires and you cannot have any other mod that alters their headmorphs. As extra info: I use the one without eyes, because I also use "Fangs and Eyes - A Vampire Apperance Mod". I also have the "Seranaholic" mod and "Better Vampires"
In load order out of my 166 mods they are:

    90 Better Vampires
    112 Seranaholic
    114 Fang and Eyes
138 Humanoid Vampires (No eyes version of course since the other mods would conflict)

LOOT or BOSS may put this in wrong order, so you MUST check this by yourselves!

To sum it up in less words: Humanoid Vampires after all other mods in load order that changes Vampires faces in any way. Load up mod in Creation Kit. Manually hit ctrl+F4 on all vampires (Not Serana who is NordRace in creation Kit). Save your edited mod. Look again that the mods are in the right load order. Play the Game. And Enjoy Vampires without blacked out faces.

Hope this help some of you at least!

What you described is what optional bsa file does (dont know if you noticed it under optional files), at least for Skyrim vampires, I need to recheck that fix for Dawnguard vampires, nevertheless thank you for your comments, they will certainly be useful for people and their own load orders

Oh yes, I did notice the BSA you uploaded! I just like to learn myself, and the best way of understanding how mods work is fooling around in Creation Kit your self :)

Any reason btw most vampires have the Orc Vampire face? No biggie, I can change that myself for the actors I want to, I just wonderd?

Thank you for your work btw!

Vampire races in dungeons are determined randomly by the game itself, this mod does not change that or anything that would influence the higher spawning percentage of orc vampires in various dungeons. If you are seeing too many orc vampires or orc looking vampires something in your Skyrim is not as it supposed to be as in likely a mod is affecting spawning scripts or some other glitch. By saying they are having orc faces do you mean literally orc faces or those ugly vampire faces introduced with Dawnguard?

You should make this a sticky post! I was trying to fix this issue for so long now, tried different mods, exported facegendata and whatnot. These days I just rely waaaay too much on LOOT. Putting Humanoid Vampires after BFVE finally fixed it for me

I made it sticky per your suggestion as it may be helpful for people having many vampire related mods :) Though Ctrl+F4 should not be necessary when using bsa.

Hey love the mod, used it for years but there is a slight problem, vampire npcs added from mods have black face. Vanilla or DLC vampires are fine.

Is there a way to fix this or since this its another mod adding the vampire, it cant be fixed?

      Yes I am.

I'll try to spawn vampires from another mod and see it if was because of that single mod but yeah i'm using both files

Bsa contains exported facegen of in game vampires, that might explain why vampires from mods are not affected in your Skyrim.

If using high poly head and using the face fix is this mod pointless/ conflicting?

I don't use those mods, but if they fix the ugliness of vampires then there is no point in using my mod.

This should not happen as this mod does not use custom textures or meshes, it merely swaps the vampire head meshes with vanilla ones, this is the first time in 7 years I ever heard of it affecting fps. Have you tried reinstalling the mod? Do you have any other vampire related mods?

If this isn't working for you your mod manager may have placed the files incorrectly depending on what manager you are using. My manager placed the "Humanoid Vampires No Eyes Edit SE 1.0" folder directly into my data folder due to a file structure the manager was unaware of. I had to restructure the files and repack them before my manager could handle them.

Im having an issue where my face is still bony and sunken in. Does this have to do with load order or incompatibility with other vampire mods?

Try this mod, users say it works on SE:

      https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77265?tab=files

There used to be a mod for SE that did the same, but it seems that the author deleted it.

Did you try starting a new game and using the console in Helgen Keep to turn your character into a vampire to see if the bug persists on a new game as well?

I created a new save and the black face bug is present on all vampire npcs, I haven't seen if the bug effects my character though...
