Version 4.2
Reverted 4.1 changes - had the risk of causing hangups on slow systems. This does mean that you will have to restart the game to make config changes once more.

Config file is now queried every lockpick break instead of just when the game starts, meaning that you can edit the perk without even closing the pick interface!

Added support for a config file for a perk requirement. Default behavior is same as before. Edit RememberLockpickAngle.ini if you want to require a perk!
