My head canon is that the throat of the world was once a sacred place to the snow elves, and these pillars are all that remain of the original Falmer Temple that once stood there.

love the feeling it gives, but needs a bit more tweaks. should fix the pillar textures and some of the pillars can be sunk 2 inches below the ground instead of float 1in above the snow or sit on top of snow

Textures don't match, downloaded, and immediately removed.  Breaks immersion.

    Hello holananz,

Can we get a file that combines both versions?

Also, are you still working on fixing the pillar texture?

I really love this mod, I think the blend of greek and nordic art fits High Hrothgar really well :)

I do have one problem though, the snow from the old Talos statue is kinda floating there. I think it's from No Snow Under The Roof mod but I'm not sure.

If that is the cause do u think a patch is possible?

    Look great,

but as a person of "small" culture. It's bother me to see the statue of Moise from Michelangelo (XVIe century) in an antic greek like theme, in a world of vikings. Haha too much mixing.

But ty for for mods. I suppose many players will not notice it and will enjoy it.

Awesome idea but is it intentional that half of the pillar is white and the top half darkens? At first I thought that it was something to do with the shadows but it seems that it was intented to be this way.

issue with the applied shadow, it was not intented to, but its bit blend nicely with the high hroghtgar darker tone, still looking for replacer though. for now just think it is as a feature ^^

Might as well add Sky Haven Temple to the list of places needing a similar overhaul like this. The main thing will be finding/making meshes/textures to fit the feudal Japanese style though since Akaviri architecture gives off that strong ancient Asian/feudal Japanese vibe for sure. Merely a suggestion of course but one I hope would be considered in the future. Tracking this for now.

P.S: Just added a few Suggested Tags to your mod in an effort to give it more exposure/downloads/endorsements too.

I second this notion. I'd love to see some more Akavir-influence around the temple. Right now I'm just rockin' with Sky Haven Garden, which is okay...
