Makes master spells one handed, dual casting a master spell will now produce new effects. Simple mod compatible with every perk overhaul.

What it does :
Cast time, spell cost, area of effect, damage, dual casting, one-handed casting was changed while staying balanced.
Dual casting a master spell adds new effects.
it is compatible with everything, just load it last.
