   Is there a chance to get this mod for Tailarmors_REPLACER.esp? Right now this mod is dependent on the standalone version, not the replacer. So since I'm using the replacer I'm getting missing masters etc

      Its not possible coz the replacer version doesn't actually add a standalone equippable tail armor, it just extends the vanilla armors to the tail. As said bay the Tail Armor mod author, the Replacer is purely aesthetic.

   when I mouse over it says an esl it will adhere to load order rules but the records will load in esl space. doesn't that mean the esl will essentially be high, thus, not able to be "under tail armors"?

      Vortex will show the “TailArmors.esp” in the plugins section along with Tail Armors Enchantable. Drag that weird icon in the dependencies column (should be on the far right) to connect them and set a rule to make TAE load after TA.
      Not sure how to do so in other mod managers though. Google should help with that.
