Likely an incompatible texture issue. First thing I would look at are the eye textures, then the brows/mouth. Eyes are the prime suspect though since I ran into this issue with my personal port of Vega Revamped. Replaced the eyes, brows, & mouth textures with Skyrim SE equivalents. Presto - no more CTD.

Check your Suggested Tags ThanosFarmer. Applying appropriate Tags to your mod helps get it more exposure/more downloads. Merely a suggestion of course but one that will help you gain more downloads/endorsements.
I downloaded the file but she has purple (Untextured) hair, eyes and circlet. Whats up with that? Also she seems to get into fights with every NPC nearby XD
Have you tried a manual install? Manual installs fix the majority of missing textures issues right up 85% of the time. With regards to your aggro issue, this could be caused by Lass' Aggro Radius being set to True. Open SSE Edit & under the Non-Player Character Actor tab, find the Aggro Radius line. Set this from True to False, which should fix that issue up.
Damn. It appears I forgot to change indexes of head textures (facepalm) I will update shortly. Also I will revert aggresion back I though it would be fun, I was wrong.)

P.S: .tga files are unsupported in Skyrim SE & only serve to waste space on one's HDD/SSD.
