I'm having the same problem & am trying to somehow find an answer/fix, sigh. I have the same mods & already had Windstad Garden Extended before Windstad Fully Upgraded and have the blacksmith area without a floor, a bit up in the air & the alchemy is in the air completely.
warning do not use this mod! it breaks the lumber quest meaning you will never be able to purchase lumber. Even if you add lumber with console commands it might get not recognized by the game.
After adding lumber per console command, i could build the hearthfire houses but i couldn't finish a quest from legacy of the dragonborn that required lumber.
the lumber quest can be fixed by restoring vanilla values/conditions in xedit but it won't work midsave!
If you look at the pictures, you can see that the blacksmith area in Windstad Fully Upgraded is partially in the same area as the gazebo in the other mod.
When building the house, if you build so there is a deck all the way around, there are some issues....I didn't realize the third (3rd) picture shows towers built around the house...so I built my usual "deck around" which is the trophy room, store room, and bedroom...
the build with the "deck-around" has some issues with NPC pathing...if you stand in front of the house and look to the left where the deck for the bedroom is, there is an area that just collects NPCs down by the edge of the promenade...I had four of them stuck there while trying to get on the the promenade..no pictures since I have to start a new game anyway and will build the towers...
Despite the guarantee, this mod is not 100% compatible with windstad mine. There is noticeable tearing in the landscape as you travel from the house to the mine. Still a nice mod. I may just use Jaxon's positioner to put a rock there or something.
Like what I see. The only thing really stopping me from using it currently is lack of a pool. That and guards although windstad exterior additions might work with that if the walls aren't built maybe?
Any future plans on adding a pool?
The oldrim version of this for Heljarchen had a small one iirc.
Thanks to you for porting this fine mod to SSE. It makes Windstad Manor much more safe and pleasant than before. At least my barbarian followers can get drunk without being bothered by pesty animals of all kinds...
