This list isn`t what it says it is without Frostfall. Point is you say "A Mod list to make Skyrim as cold and harsh as it`s meant to be"

    `Cold` and `harsh` isn`t that without Frostfall.

I guess you mean a very special version of cold and harsh.

I agree :). I use it all the time. but this is more of just a visual guide.

Huh. How can this list not include Frostfall? Everything listed here is great, and I use a lot of it, but it's just fluff. FF changes gameplay.

Frostfall is overrated IMO. It replaces all the fun bits of the game with a different game that punishes you for not standing next to a fire all day.

It's a matter of taste. I personally find it weirdly boring to be able to wander around in the snow and blizzard with no consequences, not have to plan ahead. It's unsatisfying to climb a mountain, knowing that all I had to do to get there was hold forward for a while. It adds gameplay to portions of the game that otherwise don't really have any, and adds a lot of overhead and macro-management that otherwise just isn't there. So, the question, then, is how much you want that kind of thing. Personally, I load-up on as much of that as I can find; iNeed, Frostfall, Dark Corners of Nirn, Battle Fatigue and Injuries, Equipment Durability System, etc.

I know it's unrelated but what's the mod for the armor in the first pic?

Bloodborn armor from another site. Google it should be fun be fine. I'd suggest editing the values on cc to make em not op if you do get it.
