As others noted, it doesn't work. Bad weather clears for a few seconds and reverts back.

That's probably because some weather mods have scripted weather events and they don't respect clear weather shouts/magic/commands

OMG this quest is boffed too? Is there any part of the game that actually works without end-user mod manipulation. This isn't a mod site it's an intervention for Bethesda to get their act together by a world-wide community! We're just their enablers! Makes me realize why Microsoft bought them, they are of the same mindset. Tedium = It just works.

As for this mod I am only hoping it works, throat of the world for some reason impassible to me. Do have environmental mods, FrostFall, iNeed, etc... but have even disabled them. still get shredded by wind walls. What's the point of this in the first place, to show me how I can have my time wasted by disproportional and unforeseen/unforeshadowed twist of code?

Will let you know if this works and endorse if it does!
Thanks for even trying to address this among the hundreds of other fun frustrating "features" this game offers though. ;)

For those saying it doesn't work very long, not sure it's supposed to. Known uses: "lift fog, meteor storm, ?wind walls?". (Not certain of the latter), All a temporary fix. Were one to guess use the other shout to zip past cleared wind walls if they go away, but sheesh!

Doesn't work.  Pity, that Dragonslayer quest is really annoying because most of the time Clear Skies doesn't trigger anything.  This 'fix' changes the time of day though!

Does not seem to work as expected for me. When I shout, at first weather ID "81a" transitions-in as expected, but after half a minute, it transitions back to the cloudy weather that the shout would have triggered before the mod was installed.
    Anyone else notice this?
I'd like it if the clear weather 81a "sticks" instead of reverting after half a minute.

I'd also like to know if this gets resolved.

For what its worth, I managed to implement a true working script-free fix for this in my "RAID Weathers" mod, coming in the next update, soon-ish.

Oh my god, Stumbled upon this one toostruus and thought I would check before downloading. LOL upon trying the clear skies with shout the sky went all pixelly and bugged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! did not even know that this was an issue LOL. I have downloaded this clear skies mod and placed at bottom of load order under the bashed patch by adding meta data in LOOT. Doing so will always have this mod at bottom. Upon installing and then loading last save and trying to clear skies then the sky becomes completely clear with no issues. Top mod mate and yet again endorsed.
