Lovely mod, I predict that the game master will be rich by the time I've exhausted septims! Also, for those wondering where the building itself it, it's right outside of Riften next to the farm.
Something like this would be a great idea for the Creation Club. Players could pay online for a code or download that could unlock such a chest full of loot. Each time they pay they could unlock the chest for more special loot.
