Tweaks encounter zones to be a bit higher for some areas whilst leaving some areas as low level so the player isn't overwhelmed at level 1.

You can now buy water to drink in Inns and Taverns. It won't do much without Bethesda's Survival Mode, but it isn't required if you want to try using this with a mod like iNeed.

Tweaks radiant rewards from a number of quests to be more realistic. I didn't like getting barely enough room for a night at the Bannered Mare after killing a dragon only to do an errand for a random NPC and get 1000 gold.

Removes lockpicks from bandit inventories and most chests in order to make lockpicking a more rewarding skill.
