I don't think so... but you can try and see? Just make a save before you test that you can revert back to if this mod doesn't work for you so you can uninstall it.
If you need to make an LE patch yourself, use TES5Edit, load both the SkyTest and Dwarfsphere plugins. Expand Dwarfsphere then Race and then copy "DwaSpMudcrab01LgRace", "DwaSpMudcrab02LgRace", and "DwaSpMudcrab03Race "into a new plugin (right click, then select "Copy as Override into... " and then name your new file.) Then expand the SkyTest plugin, go to Race, find "MudCrabGiantRace", select it. Copy the FormID found in the right side panel near the top. Go back down and expand your new plugin, click one of the race files you copied. Scroll down the right panel to the very last lines ("Morph race" and "Armor race".) In the Morph and Armor boxes under your plugin name, paste the copied Skytest form id. Repeat this for the other two races in your plugin and you're golden.
Falskaar needs the same patch for the invisible Oversized Mudcrabs. Easy to make, having this as an example, but perhaps you'd like to publish one for the non-tinkerers.

Patches for CACO, Project Aho, SRCEO Releveled, Monsters Reborn and Legacy odf the Dragonborn.
Now, if only I had found this *before* nearly completing the mod, lol xD
