Hey vurt. Really nice work u did, especially the grass, (the new tundra luve it). Question: I'm not sure if its safe to let overwrite your lods for the terrain if i already generate my others landscape textures with xlodgen aswell. Or maybe i should remove your lods (meshs-textures/terrain) and generate my own lods after that.

PS: u should take a look with your fieldgrass textures, not sure if its normal but it looks really plastic in game :

pretty sure you are not using the latest version if you have that shiny textures, i've fixed that...i can see on your pines that it's not from this version.

my green terrain LOD textures might interfere with some mods perhaps, not sure..

well its weird cuz i'm using the lastest version (sfo summer edition II version 1.0), there's just conflict with smim and i let your meshs overwrite them.

not sure what you've done but it sure looks like the old version, it had that very shiny texture and that tree texture is old too. show more images and i can tell for sure..

ok, i'll try to do a clean install of skyrim + my mod from here to see if i have messed something up or missed including something then.

are you using ENB? ENB can obviously mess things up a ton when it comes to things like that. I can unfortunately not take every ENB into account when i make my mods.

Edit: you're right. this texture is shiny.. i was mistaking it for the green texture in the tundra first.. i'm doing a fix.

Edit: uploaded fix. Sorry for the trouble YomNexus... should have looked at your texture more carefully then i would have known i was comparing to the wrong texture (one which i knew i had fixed from this issue).

Hi, I'm using the Grass, Plants, Terrain version and I'm getting the shiny grass, unfortunately. I'm not using an ENB. Thanks.

Edit: I tried deleting the "fallforestgrass01_N" file, and the shiny texture went away. Is there a way to replace it with a fixed file? Thanks so much.

Hello, I would like to use this mod, but only when it is summer in my game. Is it safe for removal, when the game takes place in winter? Thanks

Is there anyway to have this mod just overwrite the tundra grass and ground texture to match the green grass (grass around whiterun mainly)? Im using northern grass have been looking for a mod that overwrites the tundra that it has, and your mod does this when I use it together with northern grass, but also overwrites some of the grass northern grass has, which I prefer

Would removing everything besides the files specifically for tundra grass and then install it after northern grass work?

no. you have two esp's "fighting" for what grasses to render, it's a total mess. you would have to edit one .esp and tell it what grasses to render and on which texture types, and then disable my .esp and whatever else esp that takes care of grasses.. my esp does also come with certain edits to the tree animations though, so you would have to include those in the .esp as well. adding grasses to specific texture types in the editor is something which can take many, many hours.. you'll also have to edit wind animations to look right. it might be days of work.

EDIT: RESOLVED, I didn't have the Trees file enabled.

SFO Summer's trees in the Rift are still orange/red/brown.

Any chance SFO Summer could make its Rift trees green like "Make The Rift Green Again"

    ?

The two mods when used together cause far-off trees to look hacked-up like this:

Like it says in the description, the aspen trees in the mod are green, not yellow. To be sure i checked the latest download and the file treeaspenbranchcomp.dds is indeed green. My guess is you have a mod that overrides it and probably changes the meshes, and the meshes doesn't use that green texture i made for default trees.

I'm seeing glowing purple textures on a type of flower and on the branches on the shorter pinetrees -

I'm currently not using any other bark/tree/plant retexture mod other than this one. Help?

Edit: downloaded the original SFO instead, no purple textures anywhere, but I wish I could still use this instead because I loved all the green :(

you're not getting that with the original grass?
then it's some setting on the meshes itself + ENB...

Strange question perhaps, but do you think you're mod would work together with Seasons of Skyrim - Springtime Overhaul SSE? incase I want to remove the snowy areas and make all of skyrim summery.

I find that very unlikely since that sounds like a mod that alters the trees and plants, then it won't work.

Thank you for the answer, I'll ruminate a bit on which I want to install since I would like a warmer skyrim experience. Your textures and colours are extremely pretty.
