So, I downloaded the buildable version of this and The Scarlett. I purchased the property, talked to Gibson and have built everything that I can. But none of the beds showed up. They were not a buildable option (I checked because I thought it was weird that none of the rooms had beds). Did I put this in the load order incorrectly, or have I missed something else? I wanted to be able to adopt kids, but with no beds in the estate, my character can't even sleep there, let alone have children. Even if I try to use Bless Home, I get a message saying that the property is not suitable for children because there's no beds.
