Wow, this is beautiful, this makes her sword truly special and something worth being distraught over losing. It makes her defeat that much harder, I'm totally getting this, Mjoll is one of the few characters in the Elder Scrolls that it is like the player, a true adventurer who has a special item they bring everywhere.
Awesome looking mod man! Definitely gonna use it so Mjoll can wield her pride and joy. I find it funny legacy of the dragonborn keeps it one-handed lol
Great work, really beautiful!!! Question: Is there a compelling reason for using the ESL version rather than just flagging the ESP as an ESL in xEdit (and making it an ESPFE)? I prefer to keep all my weapons mods grouped together, which can't be done with a true ESL loading just below ESM files.
Bethesda is LAZY & it shows given the utter LACK of variety when it comes to unique/legendary weapons. It's not just Skyrim either. Fallout has the same problem.
They didn't used to, and Skyrim was pushed out quickly, which I think probably played a part in the general "hollowness" of the world. It's great as an introductory to the franchise for new fans (I started with Skyrim myself) but after getting into it you gotta mod it to keep its lifetime as an interesting game.
Tbh that's why I don't mind that it seems like Bethesda will be taking awhile for TESVI, even after its announcement. I'm hoping they learned their lesson and will be investing more time into more details and minutia that really make the world come alive like Morrowind and Oblivion had. Because after playing those it becomes obvious how cut down Skyrim actually was in order for them to push the game out. Thank goodness there are mods to add some of that minutia back in.
Oh, on a side note DigitalCabbage, you think you might be able to make an optional file to bring the sword's stats in line with Morrowloot Ultimates' stats for the Stahlrim Sword/Greatsword? This mod looks real good but that's the one thing causing me to hesitate on downloading it. (i'm still going to, but bringing it in line with MLU would give it a much longer lifetime in game for me)
Sorry to triple-post, but...how does the alternate blade colors optional file work? Because I was expecting a replacer with a FOMOD....pop up to choose which color you wanted instead, but none showed up? Is Grimsever itself still purple but the alternate blade colors file adds blades in those colors for a total of 8 versions of the craftable one?
EDIT: Opened up the game and consoled myself the blade to check, and there were still only 2 options for Grimfrost...it was blue, which happened to be the color I wanted lol, but to get the green and green-blue options there might be issues.
Also I found that an MLU patch would be necessary, because with both of these LOOT sorted Grimsever still has the glass sword design as opposed to the unique design. I dunno if you'd be up to making an MLU patch but if you could it would be amazing.
I'll now stop hogging the post board lol. sorry about the wall of posts.
I personally manually downloaded the alt colors and replaced them myself. I did that in oldrim aswell. As for the MLU it could probably be done I'll look into it.

As for the MLU compatibility, awesome! I'll be keeping an eye out for it. Thank you!
