Does this completely make the wind invisibly or simply make them more transparant?

Is there a texture that is associated with this effect? I feel like the color of the effect is more the issue than the intensity of it is. Still, this is better than nothing.

Is it possible to disable glowing for certain fx? Things like ice particles, waterfals, this wind effect...

Just saying, you should remove "immersive", this is not at all like real life. Whenever I go skiing in Colorado, you will always see very opaque snow drifts at higher altitudes where winds are very strong. Honestly, more opaque wind effects would be more immersive.

Yeah, but the way its represented in game is not "immersive", more of a cheap effect in my perception, and I reduced them, so its more immersive in my perspective now. You can find them realistic, its ok, just tastes.

Does this slow the movement of grass and tree branches? The overexaggerated movement of nature in games like Skyrim and especially The Witcher 3 always drives me nuts.

No, it just decreases the opacity of wind effect animations.

You can lower the animation of grasses and trees in the skyrim ini files.

Wow, I had no idea. What ini line(s) am I looking for? And I appreciate the response.

Looks good. I noticed that there are still some vanilla opaque wind types when walking up the steps of High Hrothgar. Any chance they will be covered by this mod?

Maybe this mod cover with those, Ugly Wind-and-Snow Effect Remover: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21615
Not sure which winds you mean since High Hrothgar has those location-specific quickly appearing winds/mists.

I noticed that Subtle Wind FX comes with four nif files, while the mod I above comes with only two.
You may want to first install Ugly Wind-and-Snow Effect Remover, head to their install folder and make two more copies of the files named "fxambsnowblowingdrifttip" and "fxambsnowblowingplane".

After that rename them with the two nif file names that aren't found in UWaSER. "fxambsnowblowingplaneheavy" and "fxambsnowblowingsm".
That way you can make at least four wind meshes invisible. I tested UWaSER today and snowy areas are now much clearer. High Hrothgar mountain still had those weird winds between High Hrothgar and Throat of the World. For me, the 7000 Steps have no visual wind/snow effects at the time. I'm also using Always Clear Weather mod, and it may also replace some of the snowy meshes.
