I am unable to get this follower to work properly. I'm able to install with MO2 but ingame the top part of her head is grey and the rest of the face skin is vanilla, she also doesn't have dialogue. I tried the 7z method as well and also manual install but the results are all the same. The hair is working though.
I'm not sure if something is missing or corrupt or what. The pics look really nice though!
EDIT: I tried Sana as well and she isn't working properly either. Hair works and the follower part works but no skin or custom body.
I think the face skin being vanilla may be due to the facegeom data being modified unknowingly (it has happened to me many times during creation). I suggest reapplying the 00000D70.nif file in Data\meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\SSHana_0.esp with the same one in the rar file. The top part of head being grey sounds like an issue with the hairline file. You should check if the straightscalpHUMAN.nif, hairline01.dds, hairline01_n.dds do exist in their right directories (the character\Hana\Hair file path that exists in both your meshes and textures file directories). And the no dialogue is likely related to the .esp plugin that you are loading in. I'd have to assume that there is a mod incompatibility maybe you have altered the vanilla npcs dialogue (a higher load order maybe better for Hana). I've never used MO2 but lastly i'd suggest uninstalling the mod and try a manual install by dropping the Data folder I provided in my mod and merging it with your Data folder.
It is just my mods or are you experiencing similar issues with other mods?. Have you tried downloading manually? (you can just add it to your mod manager)
This issue is probably related to the mod being a .rar and NMM's inability to add such a mod. I unzipped with 7Zip, then re-zipped to make it a .7z instead and it added fine. Running test now.
EDIT: Confirmed functional. Changing mod from .rar to .7z corrects adding it via NMM.
