Unfortunately, it is incompatible with JK's Skyrim. I was afraid it would be, based on the map. The house overlaps Morthal's Northern wall from JK. It is a little sparse inside, particularly the corner between the "living" and "bedroom" parts of the L-shape. That being said, I think we need more humble house mods and I look forward to seeing more.
I like simple little vanilla style homes like this. Even if I don't use them for my player, I like to have followers from other mods reside in them instead of being homeless bums living in caves or taverns.
