Fixed invisible snow in some cases. This was achieved by changing the texture path for the snow particles to textures/interface/titlesnow.dds, which is an exact copy of textures/effects/fxsnowsoftsub.dds from base Skyrim SE. Yes it's super low quality, and yes I'm looking for a better texture.

Repositioned 3D 'Left' Imperial Dragon option to be more consistent with the position of the 'dragon in Image 'Left'.
Made it possible to spam "next" to get the recommended options, because that's way more fun than just selecting a "recommended" option. Who says you can't have fun installing mods, too?
