MyTweaks.esp was my personal little compatibility patch for my own preferences. Like the horse whistle volume was too loud in Immersive Horses, or replacing shader effects from different mods, etc.
I still trying to get out of the college of winterhold actually (that's my usual starting point, open space, nearby buildings and a quest, so allows me to test a lot of stuff). I keep finding cool stuff that i wanna add or tweak so whenever I think I am done some sprawling new idea comes right up and I just can't resist changing that one last thing. I finally got done with making the game stable and the ESPFE stuff, now I am working on visuals, xEdit and SSEEdit.
I probably have more time spent in MO2 and those other programs than in skyrim by now XD Tbh, i am actually having a lot of fun with that, this process is pretty entertaining in and off itself.
The point with all of that was that I was gonna say that i don't really have saves to worry about, but I kinda got carried away

Also remove the old .esp "SacrosanctHearts.esp." I have renamed the updated file to SacrosanctHeartBreakerPatch.esp
Oops what a noob mistake!
