It is nice but very subtle. It doesn't seem to work with DynDolod as far as I can tell. I rebuilt LODs and I only see the glowing when I'm in the city - and all the screenshots here from author and users are only inside Solitude.Too bad as it would look like a beacon from a distance.
I'd also like a subtle animation somewhat like a less intense version of the blue rays you see in Winterhold. Or maybe some blue lights subtly dancing?
Hi cbolin, I know exactly what you mean, and I should work out a way to get this to work the way you want it. I've been taking a little break from the CK, but as soon as I feel inspired, I'll try to do exactly what you suggest.
same, it's great idea and would add a lot to the city if a bit more bright and if it would use ENB emitting light (not sure I explained what I mean...). From near it's almost enough, but already from castle dour (even from bard college) the little arches have already no light...
I like this mod. It makes the Blue Palace look more, well, palatial.

This should be fairly low down in your load order use loot, & ESL wont count as taking up a plugin but you should still see it, more info than doesn't work would help.

I'm sorry it wouldn't work for you. I'm really curious why, though. If there's a conflict with another mod, I'd like people to be aware of it. Might need to patch it in Xedit though. I'm not 100% sure tbh
